Changes in Honolulu.... travel to Sydney

December 23
Early check out. We stopped at Walmart so that I could replace my broken selfie stick.

Then headed into Kona for breakfast... Farmer’s Market, Target, Ross.... just passing time before we headed to the airport. Returned the car and took the shuttle to the terminal. We said our goodbyes... Craig and Danielle heading home, Brad and I off to Honolulu to catch out Sydney flight. Craig and Danielle’s flight was delayed by 3 hours. We waved to them as we taxied passed them.

Honolulu has changed..... busier.....more people, more cars, more designer stores. The old Interntional Market has been replaced with a new shopping plaza (still called International Market) with designer stores....Michael Kors, Coach, Dior, Tesla showroom.

December 24
We spent the next day on Waikiki Beach

Went to lunch at Marukame Waikiki for Bukkake Udon around 10:30 am. The line up is very long for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was delish!

Our flight to Sydney flew out at 11:45 pm.

December 25
We missed Christmas Day!!!

December 26
After a 11.5 hour flight, we stopped in Taipei for 3 hours. Arrived at 5:00 am, nothing was open. The airport had themed rooms. We had fun....

Had a BECON sandwich..... actually a BACON sandwich

Checked into our hotel, showered, and headed out to explore and dinner
