Had breakfast, got packed and checked out. The ferry will be here around 12:00 pm. Sitting by the pool, Yasmine (from Sweden) came running to where I was. Apparently last night, her and AJ had left their GoPro (case, memory card, and all accessories) at the picnic table outside of their Bure (cabin). They remember early this morning where they had left it, but when they went to check it was gone. Yasmine went and spoke with some of the worker about it. They said they hadn't seen it. Yasmine wanted me to talk to someone to see if I could help them get it back. She was hoping that if I asked they would take it more seriously. So I spoke to the manager. The manger found that one of the workers had indeed picked it up last night but had not yet turned it in. They tracked him down and returned the GoPro to Yasmine and AJ. They thanked me and said that they would never had gotten it back if I didn't help them. We played cards most of the morning while waiting for the ferry.
The trip to Coral View Resort took 1.5 hours.
Sarah and Jais went on to Safe Landing Resort while Yasmine, AJ and 3 other Sweden boys are at Coral View with me. We checked in and headed out to find an "amazing beach" on the other side of the island. Settled at the beach only to find sand fleas jumping all over us. We immediately packed up and came back to the resort.
At dinner, 4 of us decided to scuba tomorrow (2 dives) and then do the Sawa-i-Lau Caves. on Wednesday morning (before we leave). The caves have been made famous by Brooke Shields in the Blue Lagoon.

Got up early, watched the sunrise and read. Quiet moment in the mornings are amazing!!! The boat from Blue Lagoon diving came to pick us up at 8:30am. Yasemen, AJ, Emil, and I paid for our dives only to find out there were 9 people diving with 2 dive masters. 1 diver was doing their third Open Water dive. We arrive at "The Zoo".... the current is wild. We have to hold on to the rope to descend. It was pretty stressful, the other 5 didn't know what they were doing, so they just held on to the rope. We finally all managed to get down...... one dive master was with the Open Water dive the other dive master was supposed to be with us. We were diving in 25 meters (I'm only certified to dive at 18 meters). In our group there was one man that couldn't find his positive position. He kept going up and down, AJ had to save him a few time (he kept sinking down), which meant AJ was down to 30 meters. Finally, the other dive master had to hold on to him and he ran out of air so he had to go up. We followed the other dive master (with the student) but the current was wicked. We kept floating sideways no matter how hard we tried to swim straight. This was not a fun dive at all!!!
Our second dive was amazing, it was only the four of us. We asked Johnny, our dive master, if we could go to the shark site. He agreed and took us to a dive site called "The Cabbage Patch". There was no current, we saw a baby sting ray, puffers, clams, and so many beautiful corals. We were down 17 meters for 46 minutes. It was so relaxing.
After lunch, I had a massage (more like an oily back rub). It's not the usual massages I get. Read and relaxed the rest of the afternoon.
Tonight at dinner we celebrated AJ's 21st birthday. We had a cake, sang Happy Birthday, and I bought him a birthday beer.
Another great couple days it looks like. Keep enjoying and relaxing. No wonder they call you mom! ?
